I graduated in May and have been working full time since then. I'm really lucky to have a job, especially to have a job that I love. Sometimes I forget that though and get a little sad, because my job isn't glamorous. I work in the Teacher Education department at NKU. It's a great place to work. The people in my department are wonderful. Like seriously, seriously wonderful. I have great, flexible hours and long lunch breaks. I have great benefits and am offered lots of time off. Working on campus allows me to see a lot of my friends that are still in college. And I get to wear jeans on Fridays. But you know, I'm not really doing glamorous work. Like developing new technologies to reduce our dependence on nonrenewable resources and to save our planet. Or getting paid to travel the world. Or planning weddings. (Honestly, I just want to plan everybody's wedding.) But, like I said, I really do love my job. I have a lot of various duties and tasks. But if I try ...
